By using Flock at flocktravel.app you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. Questions can be sent to info@flocktravel.app.
2. What Flock does
Flock is a free group trip planning tool. It collects home airport codes and travel preferences from group members, then ranks destinations using estimated flight costs, travel time, fairness, and preference matching. Flight cost estimates are approximations and are not guaranteed prices. Always confirm current prices directly with airlines or booking platforms before purchasing.
3. Affiliate links
Flock displays affiliate links to third-party booking partners (such as Booking.com and GetYourGuide) through the AWIN network. We may earn a commission if you complete a purchase through these links. These links are disclosed and do not affect destination rankings. We are not responsible for any transaction, booking, or dispute with a third-party partner.
4. User conduct
You agree not to:
- Use Flock for any unlawful purpose.
- Attempt to access or modify another user's trip data without authorization.
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the service in a way that degrades performance for others.
- Submit false or misleading information (e.g. fake airport codes) to manipulate results.
5. Disclaimer of warranties
Flock is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of flight cost estimates, travel times, destination rankings, or any third-party information displayed. Use the service at your own discretion.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flock and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including travel decisions made based on our recommendations.
7. Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of Flock after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
